This weight loss programme is a nutritionally
balanced low calorie diet. It gives the
additional flexibility of a higher calorie level
than the Sole Source programmes.It is
suitable for:
- Anyone above BMI 20 who is not medically
contraindicated.
- Anyone for whom a Very Low Calorie Diet
(below 810kcal) is unsuitable, anyone who is
preparing for weight loss on the Sole Source
programmes.
- Anyone who has lost weight with Sole
Source® / Sole Source Plus® and is now on
the weight stabilisation programme.
What do you eat?
Three Cambridge Weight Plan meals, a choice
of one protein rich food, skimmed milk and
vegetables. Your Consultant will be able to
advise you on suitable choices.
Continue to drink at least 2.25l (4 pts) of
water per day.
Use this step for:
- Weight loss until stabilisation begins.
- Interim step for a minimum of one week
between 12 week periods of Sole Source® /
Sole Source Plus®.
- At the start of stabilization phase
after the Sole Source programmes are
completed
